NIQC International provides the maximum duration of lean six sigma training to its students. We also provide a combo "Masters program" (combo of Yellow Belt + Green Belt + Black Belt + Lean Manager) with the duration of 128 to 137 hrs.

Free Retraining Option

A value-added service offered by NIQC International wherein participants can join our training (Full / Partial) sessions within 2 years of completing the certification at no extra cost.

Free Re-Exam Option

NIQC International believes in knowledge more than just a certification, hence, we provide the option for a free re-exam wherein a student can retake the exams with a different set of questions any number of times to increase their knowledge.

Maximum number of MBB in an Organization

NIQC International has a maximum number of MBB’s in an organisation—a total of 5 MBB’s with vast experience and knowledge from all prime areas such as Project Management, Service Delivery, Process Excellence, Learning, and Development, etc.

Job Assistance

NIQC International does not provide fake promises of job placements; instead, we provide job assistance, in the form of resume building, optimising LinkedIn profiles (a social media platform for professionals and entrepreneurs), and job notifications (with the help of our alumni network).

Simulated Projects

For a Black Belt Certification, it is important to complete a project, however, no organisation would provide the data for project completion. NIQC, with an initiative to help students, provides them with simulated data and helps students complete a simulated project during the black belt training period itself.

Daily Assessments & Assignments

As told earlier, NIQC International believes in spreading knowledge of quality; hence, we provide assignments based on various tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma, which help in getting hands-on experience on various aspects of quality. Daily assessments help in knowing the students' understanding of each phase based on which required steps can be taken by the faculty.

Life Time Project Support

NIQC International’s association with its students doesn’t end once he or she is certified, it’s a lifetime association, and as part of it, we provide help/support to our students for project completions in their organisations via phone, email, or facility visit.

Leadership Grooming Sessions

One of the key objectives of NIQC is "Customer Delight by Exceeding Customer Expectations at Minimum Cost." Hence, we keep adding value-added services, and one such value-add is the leadership grooming session, which would happen on weekdays, wherein we help our participants understand the current market trends, few tricks, and techniques that help them hone their leadership skills. We invite a few guests who are specialists in various fields, including Process Excellence, Human Resources, Public Speaking, Motivation, etc., who not only provide their insights but also help our participants during the Q&A Sessions.
