Kaizen-fear of change?

 

Kaizen means ‘change for better” or a continuing improvement. It can be in personal life, home life, social life or work life.

We most of the time refuse to accept sudden changes whether it be in our personal life or work life. When you try to change too much and too quickly, it won’t last longer and moreover we try to hate that change.

Here works the magic of Kaizen, it may sound as a simple tool but too powerful.

How does it feel when you make one small step at a time, yes step by step transformation!

Yes, it’s the art of making great and lasting change through small and steady steps.

There are common beliefs or myths rather I would say,

‘’Change is hard’’

Size of steps that we take is directly proportional to the size of the result.

Mostly heard ‘’Kaizen is slow”.

Subtle changes help the human mind bypass the fear that blocks success and creativity.”

When you are afraid, the brain is programmed either to run or attack—not always the most practical options.”

Kaizen wins over the brain’s fear response making change come more naturally.

Small actions satisfy your brain’s need to do something and soothe their distress and even before you realize, the change might have already happened!!
